Terms of Service

Legal Terms of Service
📜 Legal Terms of Service (Full Version)
Effective Date: June 1, 2025
Applies to: All wholesale transactions conducted via www.BobWAnderson.com/dogs or affiliated ordering platforms.
1. Wholesale Status and Tax Documentation
All purchases are intended for resale and qualify as wholesale transactions. Buyers must provide a valid state resale certificate (also referred to as a wholesale certificate or tax-exempt certificate) before any invoice is issued or order fulfilled. The seller reserves the right to withhold processing until such documentation is received and validated.
2. No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the hand-signed and custom-packed nature of the merchandise, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted. Buyers are encouraged to place small initial orders to evaluate customer interest before purchasing in larger quantities.
3. Pricing and Estimate Validity
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, any estimate approved by the buyer in writing will remain binding for a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated.
4. Production and Fulfillment Timelines
As all items are individually signed and processed by the author/artist, fulfillment timelines may vary. In cases of high order volume, supply chain delays, or backordered materials, shipment may be delayed by up to several weeks. Orders will not be invoiced until they are ready to ship. Payment is not required until the invoice is issued and received by the buyer.
5. Shipping and Damage Claims
The seller will package all items with care and arrange shipping with appropriate insurance. If items arrive damaged, the buyer must notify the seller in writing within five (5) business days of delivery and include photographic evidence of both the packaging and the affected items. The seller will submit an insurance claim on behalf of the buyer and arrange for a replacement shipment at no additional cost, provided the claim is accepted by the carrier.
6. Limitation of Liability
The seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the products sold. Liability is limited to the original purchase price of the affected goods.
7. Dispute Resolution and Waiver of Litigation
By placing an order, the buyer agrees to resolve any disputes, concerns, or misunderstandings directly and in good faith with the seller. The buyer expressly waives the right to pursue litigation or arbitration and agrees that informal, direct communication shall serve as the exclusive method for dispute resolution.
8. To ensure your reserved books and prints are held just for you, we kindly ask that you respond to your Estimate within 48 hours. If we don’t hear back, we may reallocate your reserved items to other customers to keep things flowing smoothly. No pressure at all—we’re just trying to keep our little creative studio running efficiently. If you respond after 48 hours with approval, we may need a little extra time to reproduce your order.
9. Acceptance of Terms
Submission of an order via the seller’s designated order form constitutes full acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms of Service, including both the Friendly and Legal Versions, whether read in full or not.
